Launching a Market
This page walks through the exact launch flow and what the platform does immediately after you click launch.
Step-by-step launch flow
1. Select project
Choose an eligible repo or product from your profile launch panel.
2. Configure market inputs
Set token metadata, optional first-buy amount, and required social links.
3. Connect and validate wallet
Attach wallet, validate readiness, and pass funding checks.
4. Click launch
The provider creates the token and returns the mint, then RepoRank finalizes market state.
What happens after clicking launch
- Launch status changes from draft/launching to live once mint persistence succeeds.
- Market pages begin fetching chart/trade integrations keyed by mint address.
- Live UI elements replace launch CTAs as soon as provider responses settle.
- Users can start trading when external indexers surface pair data.
If launch fails
- Keep the draft and retry after resolving wallet or metadata issues.
- Re-check token name/symbol/image fields for provider validation errors.
- Verify connected wallet session before retrying launch.
