• RepoRank may reuse existing listings to avoid duplicates
• Listings are based on publicly available GitHub data

We do not guarantee accuracy or completeness of repository data.

• Users may claim ownership of a repository listing via GitHub authentication
• Claimed listings can be edited and managed through the dashboard
• RepoRank reserves the right to revoke claims in cases of abuse or disputes

RepoRank uses internal algorithms to rank repositories based on factors such as:

• Growth and momentum
• User engagement (e.g. boosts)
• Platform activity

We do not guarantee ranking positions or visibility.

RepoRank may offer promotional tools, including:

• Featured placements
• Increased visibility across the platform
• Inclusion in email campaigns

All purchases (when enabled) are subject to separate pricing and terms. We reserve the right to modify or remove promotional features at any time.

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Manipulate rankings, boosts, or engagement
• Use bots or automation to abuse the platform
• Violate any applicable laws

We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these rules.

• You retain ownership of your content
• By submitting content, you grant RepoRank a license to display and distribute it on the platform
• RepoRank branding, design, and content are owned by us and may not be copied without permission

By creating an account, you agree to receive:

• Weekly trending repository newsletters
• Product updates and platform communications

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

RepoRank is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy of data
• Availability of the platform
• Specific outcomes from using the service

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RepoRank is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or opportunities
• Any issues arising from use of the platform

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these terms.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.
